Muffin and I are visiting Boo, our second born and her family. Just before we arrived Gracie had her first birthday. You can see the celebration here.
We came just to play with her and spoil her--from the tip of her ruffly head to the seat of her ruffly bottom.
She smiles almost all the time. Even upside down!
She moves almost all the time, too. that's why so many of my photos of her a blurry--just like her Mama's photos were at the same age.

To answer your question about the mini-muffins: i'm not sure but I know you could probably bake them at 350 and just watch them because they would probably be done a little faster than regular size ones. If you put a toothpick in the middle and it comes out clean, they are done!
